My Birthday today

Double post today since it's my birthday...
Actually... cos there is no Live World Cup match showing today. My favourite England has gone out. Hoorah to France for kicking Brazil's ass. I seriously think Portugal can now win the World Cup after missing out on the Euro 2004 to underdogs Grece. Portugal is now the tournament top 4 underdogs.

Anyway I digress. The reason why I want to blog again tonight is because it has been a very very long time. A year since I actually felt a liking to someone I see! Besides Felicia Chin of course! More than a year ago was a girl who was doing her 3rd year attachment of computer engineering from NTU. This time round on my birthday which I celebrated with a few of my primary school friends today. We went for bowling at katong shopping centre after our Dim Sum at Dragongate Restaurant at Harbourfront! (#note to self: It sux!) Anywho, the lane beside ours had 2 girls and a guy who were in OSIM black tees(the OSIM trialthon was today).

At first I suspected they were from Uni due to the fbt shorts the girls were wearing. (#note: Ok I know! I stereotyped!) However the guy don't look like he been through NS. So I concluded they are most likely JC students or Poly (more likly JC). Anyway this girl whose screen name on the bowler frames:"F" caught my attention. And somehow I like her. No it wasn't love at first sight! I actually passed by them on the way to get tibits for bowling at first and didn't even care for a second look. But whilst using the lane beside them, I can't help but notice her and kept stealing glances at her. Sometimes I thought I saw her smiling at me or I could be daydreaming... but well I guess in that instance, only I care. I was damm on form(using my secret self taught move) during the bowling game like a male peacock spreading it's feathers per se. And she and her friends laughed at my group entics. Many times, she sat beside me as I was sitting on the computer terminal. And I had an itch to ask her for her name and number! But alas! OH dear god! If only I could turn back time now... I would gladly say to her, "hey hi, it's my Birthday today and I would really like to know you!"

All is LOST once she left... my bowling score from 130++ in the first game dropped to 69... in the second. And that is when I informed my friends that I liked the girl. Now I don't often tell them who I like therefore they thought I was joking but during my second game where I was heading to score 69. They begin to believe what I say. And reprimanded me for not telling them, they would have "pushed" me. Which I of course know and therefore did not inform them before. As I am typing this I am seriously mentally reviewing all sorts of scenarios whereby if she had stayed on for a few more games, my courage would probably have grown big enough for me to ask her. Or if I had asked her just now, I could have been talking to her on the phone now... I am also reprimanding myself for being so not proactive. ARGH! If only I could... My friends even labeled me "fa hua ci" just now or Lovesick. Another haiz... and more haiz until I see her again or find someone like her...

p.s : Still mentally reviewing all sorts of scenarios... Yes. This feeling has been missing since July last year.

Next came the DVDs which 0wned the vcds and try to act smart by having 2 groups, HD DVD and Blu Ray. 2 words BLU.RAY. Loves to reminisce the old days when A&W rootbear float was still around and KFC was still a restaurant complete with waiters serving you Kentucky Fried Chicken. The days where bus fares were 10 cents for students and pizza hut's lunch buffets. Moves/dances to the jumpy music of Ipod Ads and likes to laugh at the Hello I'm a Mac, Hello I'm a PC advertisements!
