Depression...

Depression is supposedly anger turned inwards...

But I don't get why would I be angry with myself...

3 days more yet I don't look forward to it... It probably just be a normal day bah.
I probably expect too much, to me extraordinary day would be a spontaneous day or maybe letting me win some big prizes haha.

In love with a stanger I am...

Hello Stranger...

Maybe its the hollywood movies, e.g. CLOSER. In the movie, it depicts total strangers falling in love... I must have been a fool to think it might actually happen to me. Well it did, except as far as I know it is a 1 sided-love so far.

I'm not a person who believes in Love @ first sight. Lemme explain...

In the beginning when I first noticed her, she was just this girl whom I thought will just be gone by the end of the week, the week became weeks and gradually month, after about 2 weeks, every other day when I see her I seemed to get to know her better even though the exchange was minimal before that courageous day # insert laughters here #. Days when I don't actually get to see her make me want to look forward more to her coming on my next mounting day. I was also secretly wishing I could bump into her when I dismount and waiting for the bus hom which did happen sometimes.

I don't know what you called that but since my guard2ic told me he saw her in town, I have this urge to head to town almost everyday I am free just hoping I could bump into her, what do you call that? Stalking? Obssession? Passion? Crazy? Mad? Just so you guys know, since I last chat with her, she has not been coming to work here. Could her attachment have ended? Could she be avoiding me? Did I come in too hard? Or am I just plain paranoid?

Questions that pondered in my head almost every other free moment when my brain is not thinking...

p.s : Batman begins, awesome, beats all the other batman movies. 3.9 out of 5 bats. nuff said.
p.p.s : how I wish I can say "I am batman!" and then suddenly just disappear. It's great for this movie to remind fans of batman that this is just how batman the movie is.

My day today

I had a bad feeling when I was at the gym training last night after my duty for the night.

Why is it that I have a bad feeling? Let's just say I never seem to be able to enjoy happy moments longer than those low ones. Somehow someone up there must have hate me and thus likes to kick me back down to reality.

How my happiness all went downhill...

moi was doing desk this morning... when my guard 2ic came in for work.

2ic : " Hey peter! tell ya something don't be sad! "
2ic : " I was at orchard yesterday and I saw *****. "
moi knew what was the worse case scenario but wanted to hear it to be sure : " and? "
2ic : " She was with her boyfriend holding hands, I was behind her and I thought she looked familiar "
moi : " so she didn't see you ? "
2ic : " Nope, according to Eugene(RP from the incoming shift) who happens to be walking in the opposite direction, it was her. "
moi (if my heart is fragile, it would have sound like a glass broken): " Cui (meaning destroyed in chinese)"
2ic : " Don't worry lah! You and eugene still got chance!"
Eugene apparently from what I gathered likes her as well : " Ya loh, boyfriend only, still can break what! "
2ic : " Besides Eugene is more good-looking than her boyfriend."
moi pretends to be nonchalant and continues to watch my video while doing my desk duty.

I went home alone as usual, feeling lost mainly feeling unfair that I should only enjoy such little moment of happiness, true to a fact that she might not be the girl for me I mean I don't know her personality but then again she might be the girl for me too.

p.s : ah the little moments that can just make me happy but why must this morning come, I know it was inevitable that such a girl would have a boyfriend but why has it got to be today.
p.p.s : While it may be sunny and dry outside, jh's house happens to be watery...

My day yesterday...

I finally talked to the girl!!!

I waited patiently at first as the clock kept ticking, her colleagues start arriving one by one...
It soon grew to become a "my god, she ain't coming today ain't she?" and just when I thought that was it! poof! I caught a glimpse of the blind spot mirror and saw her walking, she has this distinctive slow walking style. I guess actually almost everyone has a walking style but I noticed hers...

As she turned around the corner and came into my sight, my heart was thumping, gathering what I thought was my most confident, charming?, manly? I utter the words that started it all!

moi (almost stuttering) : " Hey, I didn't see you last week.?"
she : " Hmm, oH was at the office at the beginning of the week."
moi still lovestruck by her quickly asked something related to try to keep the conversation going...: " office? hmm... where's it?"
she : " ang mo kio "
moi almost let her leave my guarding area with just that and suddenly said : " Btw, are you on attachment?"
she nodded with a "yes"
moi gathered that she should be from a local U since she is the same age as me : " well, if that's so, may I know which University are you from? "
she : " NTU "
moi : " what course you taking? "
she : " Comp Engin. "
moi : " shouldn't you have graduated this year then? "
she : " 4 years, Direct Hons. "
My heart was thumping faster and faster as I speak, the cause I believed is that It is actually unbelievable that here I am talking to her!
moi (I think my heart is beating too fast until I think my voice seems softer and softer) : " Ok. Anyway my name's Peter ! "
she : " Sorry? "
moi (this time with a clearer voice) : " My name's Peter "
she nodded and replied with her name!

As she walked away, I pretend to continue doing my duty while sneaking a peak at the last glimsp of her... Then I started to scold myself for not replying that her name was actually quite nice...

Did I mention I was happy as can be? I was gleefully smiling throughout the day, even when I was taking a nap!

p.s : Mr & Mrs. Smith deserves 4.1 on a scale of 5 on whether the show truly potrays the chemistry it was rumoured they have off film.
p.p.s : Angelina Jolie is really quite hot in the show!

And so the Great Singapore Sale Begins...

Held Once a year in Singapore spanning from 27 May to 24 July! It's Back the Greeeeaaat Sale!!!

With the Great Sale it meant 6 more months remaining till 2006. Approximately 1 more month to my Birthday. 16 more months to ORD! God time flies...

Alas! I'm also out of moolah...! Many things to buy! All taken note of through my Window Shoppings all these while which included Jeans, Shaver?, Berms? Tag Heuer? Not to mention the PC show which I delibretely missed so that I will not have cravings for a LCD TV monitor?, A portable Hard Drive?, DVD-RW?, A whole new Computer Package... How I wish i Strike Lottery.

Speaking of which can anyone strike Love? Lovestruck I heard before what about Strike Love? If yes, I rather give up everything and hope to strike Love ya? Sian... reaching 22 soon... Old... Loveless... penniless. Many say if you dun have love, you have money or the other way round. Why is it I have none?
Time to sleep... Be prepared for shift work tomorrow...

Next came the DVDs which 0wned the vcds and try to act smart by having 2 groups, HD DVD and Blu Ray. 2 words BLU.RAY. Loves to reminisce the old days when A&W rootbear float was still around and KFC was still a restaurant complete with waiters serving you Kentucky Fried Chicken. The days where bus fares were 10 cents for students and pizza hut's lunch buffets. Moves/dances to the jumpy music of Ipod Ads and likes to laugh at the Hello I'm a Mac, Hello I'm a PC advertisements!
