What is it?

I'm feeling lonely nowadays at work... just out of the blue... before i sleep...
does not help when Akon's Mr Lonely was being played on radio...

Just what is it?
Could it be that I have absolutely no girl to talk to on the phone during my duty day whereas almost of my colleagues will chat secretly in the room...
Maybe it is this girl I have a crush on whom I've been eyeing for like 2+ months, well she suddenly didn't appear for work for 1 whole week and truth to be told I was quite worried I had lost the chance to see her.

FYI, she came back after a week's break but now I am shy and worst still I can't get to talk to her one on one either, reason due to the shifting of gates, the pedestrian walkway is now required to have an armed sentry meaning 2 persons instead of 1 guarding. I mean all I want is just ask to be friends but am really shy/in awe of her whenever she appear even I though I sort of practise what to say to her beforehand that is before she comes to work...

Sometimes I hate my guts... I would like to kill myself too... or rather dig a hole and pop my head into it to hide myself from embarrassment. Embarrassed of what? Well, being rejected flat in the face... I know i know just as the many websites/books on how to get to know girls is that firstly I have nothing to lose... well I guess I'm just afraid I might not even be able to say Hi to her when she passed by my post in the morning... that alone can brighten up my day and soften my heart...

Rooster

Was forced to learn slightly more about this new up and coming band which has risen to the top since the past 6 months. Their genre is said to somewhere between Oasis and Aerosmith. Basically to cut this post short, I won exclusive invites to a meet & greet session with the band who will perform at Hard Rock Cafe Singapore. I must admit Come Get Some is quite a nice song. Although they were trying to promote You're So Right For Me, their 3rd single. Will probably post the song as soon as I get it.

As it was kinda like a last minute thingy from MTV Asia, I had to asked my colleague to come with me to the showcase. In the end, he passed his invite to a 16-year-old girl who kinda begged her way to my colleague and ended up being my partner for the meet & greet session... Man, that girl has got an O level Chinese paper coming up on Monday and she's here crying out for Rooster. Kids nowadays...

I did not bring any stuff for the band to sign and ended up with posters given to me by MTV Asia and CDs from the 16-year-old girl(Shihong)'s friend called Callisa. In the end could only sign one item so no point for the posters. I must have been too kind-hearted, some total strangers who looks like they are 14 or 15 years old asked me politely for the posters, not that I am a pedophile #you guys can stop laughing# but 2 of them were quite cute and besides they asked politely so there they go off with my poster although not signed.

p.s: The Saga is finally complete with Episode III, 4.3 lightsabres it deserves, points minus for Hayden Christensen being cast, bonus points for Natalie Portman being on the show and minus for her being bald now... Into exile I must go, oops... * go I must.... *

Shows...

First thing first!
Cirque Du Soleil is back!!! with QUIDAM
I wanna go! I wanna go! I wanna go!
Really enchanted by Cirque Du Soleil on their last visit with Alegria all thanks to my good friend, Nigel Mathiaz who treated me a ticket! From then on I felt whenever Cirque Du Soleil were to come around I must somehow catch it... So any takers?

Next, more good news for me:

The O.C which is ending its season 2 run in the US has been renewed for a season 3!

Desperate Housewives which is also ending its season 1 this weekend has also been renewed for a season 2! A new housewife is slated to join the current cast.

Charmed which ends its run this sunday and due to the overwhelming response/protests from charmed fans worldwide has been renewed too for a season 8 of 22 Episodes!

Smallville which ends its season 4 run already, having the kids out of high school and off to college will also be back for a season 5 and yes guest star Erica Durance is slated for anotherr 13 episodes guest stinct.

One show however which I can't seem to find anymore thru my sources is Queer Eye For The Straight Guy which is already in its season 3 now I lost contact since the last 2nd Episode of season 2? Could somebody download and send me season 3? Heehee

Now Naruto which I have caught up with both the manga and the anime has just released a new chapter and episode respectively! Off I go to download Naruto 135 - The Promise That I Could Not Keep!

lately...

Just after mother's day came pay day... and yes i have been spending my moolah in between the fever I developed for Naruto. To all my readers cum Naruto fans, I have now caught up to the latest episode 134!

Many changes also occur at my workplace mainly due to the construction work for the viaduct connecting kallang and paya lebar. My school's main gate and side gate was shifted temporarily. Due to this, 2 lobos was assigned to our shift. LOBOS = Signed on personnel who is waiting for course to start, in this case the course starts in late september...And so with the increased of a slight manpower, hopefully the main gate will be ready just in time before the LOBOS go off.

I digress, I went window shopping the other day and saw a NIKE shop at PS, filled with brazil themes, it's a new concept by nike and I heard that they are planning to change the theme once in a while. So far, there are 3 such shops, PS, Heeren and Suntec. Go check it out... alright now off to work...

Condolences...

My condolences to the family of the late former president Dr Wee Kim Wee who passed away on 2nd May 2005 from complications due to a relapse of prostate cancer...

Be flying the state flag for my camp at half mast for the next few days. Hope nothing cocks up during the mourning period up till the 6th May where he will be cremated...

wondering?

If you guys are wondering how come I was blogging yesterday?
I took an off pass or rather A off pass.. Ahh.... One off pass for 3 days of rest... first time since March I did not get to see Air Force School Daily!
And Sleep past my 6.30am alarm!
In fact I had 12 hours on 30th April and 9 hours on 1st May of sleep respectively.
It really feels good!

Now's let's see when I should claim my 3 other and still accumulating off pass!

p.s: actually, I din take off for fun it was for a friend who was SUPPOSED to be back from msia but well, I still had fun and relaxation. Lighten up I will!

Loves to reminisce the old days when A&W rootbear float was still around and KFC was still a restaurant complete with waiters serving you Kentucky Fried Chicken. The days where bus fares were 10 cents for students and pizza hut's lunch buffets. Moves/dances to the jumpy music of Ipod Ads and likes to laugh at the Hello I'm a Mac, Hello I'm a PC advertisements!
